Vision

What this is — and what it isn’t.

Ultimate Tiny Home™ is a site-built tiny home community concept — not an RV park, and not a trailer row. The goal is a small, desert-friendly village of seven unique models, each with its own color scheme, carved-wood nameplate, and distinctive roofline character.

The long-term plan is to scale from a 7-home pilot into a 200-home community on approximately 10 acres, using low-water desert landscaping in line with Nevada realities.
